Pisa Robotics Festival 2018: “A VIEW FROM WITHIN (Endophysical Robotic Perception)” exhibition by Sant’Anna School TeCIP Institute expands the human perception of robotic information processing
Combining automated perceptual and cognitive processes with advanced algorithms provides a method for A View from Within continuous flow of visualization. This “A View from Within (Endophysical Robotic Perception)” exhibition represents a new approach to robotic geography by examining sensorial data acquired by the machine. Through analysis of imagery and recognition, Massimo Bergamasco, professor of perceptual robotics of the TeCIP (Communication, Information and Perception Technologies) Institute, has developed algorithms models for applications to data visualization and human–computer interaction.
Interactive visualization plays a critical role in understanding and analyzing a variety of machine learning models. The objective of the “A View from Within” exhibition is to enable users to better perceive the inner mechanisms of Artificial Intelligence systems.
“A View from Within (Endophysical Robotic Perception)” 2018 exhibition will be held at the Domus Mazziniana - via Giuseppe Mazzini 71, from September 28 to October 2.
Visitors, viewers and observers “within” the viewing position on the perceived space provided by the robots will be offered an engaging experience to explore visual perception.
